  13. collaborated with other musicians as Tin Tin,

  15. scoring a surprise US hit with Kiss Me. In

  17. 1987, he formed folk-toned indie outfit the 
  18. --- RECORDSEPARATOR ---
  19. Lilac Time. They initially split in 1991 after 
  20. --- RECORDSEPARATOR ---
  21. three albums and then re-formed for a fourth 
  22. --- RECORDSEPARATOR ---
  23. outing, Looking for a Day in the Night, in 1999.

  25. Last year, the album Keep Going, another

  27. country-folk record, was released by Stephen

  29. Duffy & the Lilac Time.
